Families of a Feather is a beautifully illustrated book that showcases how different species of birds have a variety of family structures that work to raise their young. Written by a naturalist, birdwatcher, and photographer who also happens to work helping people with all of the backyard bird needs on the other side of the wall from us at our neighbor the Backyard Bird Shop. Not only is this book written by a local author, it is also illustrated by another Oregon resident, Kelsey Buzzell!
